Żaneta joined QZ Solutions in 2018, when the company was developing its activities in Earth Observation and its applications in agriculture. She initially worked as a specialist in EU-co-financed projects and took over the management of the Project Department in 2020. From 2022, she served as Head of Projects, overseeing the preparation and implementation of projects funded through European and national programmes, including projects co-financed by the European Space Agency (ESA).
Over the past eight years, Żaneta has contributed to the development of QZ Solutions by being involved in projects from the preparation of applications and building partnerships, through implementation and reporting, to the delivery of expected results. Her work has covered the full project life cycle, and she continues to oversee several of the company’s projects while remaining directly involved in their day-to-day implementation.
From the beginning, her work at QZ Solutions extended beyond the formal management of projects. Żaneta is actively involved in the development of the company and believes in the potential of the solutions we are building together – particularly the use of satellite and hyperspectral data to address real challenges facing modern agriculture. She combines strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for delivering on commitments with a broader perspective on where the projects we undertake can lead.
She has represented QZ Solutions at industry and institutional events, sharing her experience and knowledge of Earth Observation and its applications in agriculture. She has also been involved in communicating QZ Solutions’ participation in initiatives such as AgrifoodTEF Polska and in promoting the practical use of satellite and hyperspectral data in European agriculture. As a result, her role today goes beyond project delivery: she is also one of the people helping shape how QZ Solutions develops its business and communicates the importance of its work.
Joining the Management Board is a natural next step in Żaneta’s development within QZ Solutions.
Strengthening QZ Solutions’ Management
Żaneta’s appointment to the Management Board reflects the role she has played within QZ Solutions for many years.
