Contact form

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, organisation name, and the content of your message. If you give separate consent, we also process your email address for commercial and marketing communications.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary to respond to your enquiry; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, where applicable for marketing communications; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in maintaining business correspondence.

Website analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and associated analytics tools to collect anonymised data on how visitors use the website (pages visited, time on page, traffic sources). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve the website.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in understanding website usage, subject to your consent via our cookie banner.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies – small text files stored in your browser. We use four categories:

• Functional – strictly necessary for the website to operate. Always active, no consent required.
• Preferences – remember settings you have chosen (e.g. language, layout). Active only with your consent.
• Statistics – collect anonymised data on how visitors use the site. Active only with your consent.

Contact form data is kept for the duration of our correspondence and any resulting business relationship. We periodically ask whether you wish to maintain contact with QZ Solutions.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with the data retention settings of our analytics tools (typically 14 months for Google Analytics).

5. Who We Share Data With

We may share your personal data with third-party service providers acting on our behalf – for example, companies that support the operation of our contact form or the delivery of marketing communications where you have given consent. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Where we use analytics to understand browsing behaviour for the purpose of presenting relevant content, this is subject to your consent and does not constitute automated individual decision-making under Article 22 GDPR.

8. Data Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process, to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
